A instancia del Gobernador, previa recomendación del Consejo Departamental de Seguridad, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones procederá a suspender o a revocar la licencia conferida, por violación a lo preceptuado en el presente Decreto o por decisión administrativa del Gobierno Departamental. Con todo, el Gobernador, de manera excepcional y temporal, podrá solicitar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones el otorgamiento de licencia provisional a alguno de los organismos de la entidad territorial, hasta tanto las causas que originaron la revocatoria o suspensión de la licencia desaparezcan.
