° El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el Decreto número 786 de 1987 del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, el Decreto número 883 de 1991 en la parte correspondiente a la Dirección General de Prisiones y los Decretos números 1667 y 1764 de 1992 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
