Ninguno de los funcionarios de la Superintendencia podrá revelar los procedimientos secretos de producción industrial, los sistemas de propaganda o de venta y las referencias o datos que puedan afectar a la empresa en relación con la competencia y que hayan conocido con ocasión del ejercicio de sus funciones. La infracción se sancionará con la pérdida del empleo, decretada de oficio o a petición de la respectiva sociedad.
