El reglamento establecerá los medios de información que permitan conocer quiénes están cobijados por las inhabilidades señaladas en los numerales 2 y 3 del artículo 35 y, si fuere posible, por las demás inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. En todo caso, el contratista deberá afirmar bajo juramento que no se halla incurso en las mencionadas prohibiciones. El Juramento se entenderá prestado con la firma de la propuesta o del contrato, según el caso. Esta declaración deberá quedar expresada en el contrato.
