Para la vigencia de 2009, los jueces y fiscales de la Rama Judicial y de la Justicia Penal Militar tendrán un incremento en la remuneración mensual equivalente al uno punto cinco por ciento (1,5%) adicional al que decrete el Gobierno Nacional para dicha vigencia a los empleados públicos. Para la vigencia de 2010, los jueces y fiscales de la Rama Judicial y de la Justicia Penal Militar tendrán un incremento en la remuneración mensual equivalente al cero punto cinco por ciento (0,5%) adicional al que decrete el Gobierno Nacional para dicha vigencia a los empleados públicos.
