º Entiéndese por asistencia técnica la asesoría dada mediante contrato de prestación de servicios incorporales, para la utilización de conocimientos tecnológicos aplicados por medio del ejercicio de un arte o técnica. Dicha asistencia comprende también el adiestramiento de personas para la aplicación de los expresados conocimientos.
