º Autorizar la participación en especie de Carbones de Colombia, S. A., Carbocol, en el diecinueve por ciento (19%) del capital social de la Sociedad Anónima Promotora de Transportes de Minerales P.T.M. S.A. Dicha participación en especie estará conformada por los estudios sobre transporte de carbón que forman parte de los activos de Carbocol S. A.
