Afiliación de trabajadores al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral. Las Empresas de Servicios Temporales están obligadas a afiliar y a pagar los aportes parafiscales y los aportes a los Sistemas de Seguridad Social en Salud, Pensiones y Riesgos Laborales, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales que regulan la materia.
