Ley 911 de 2004 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones en materia de responsabilidad deontológica para el ejercicio de la profesión de Enfermería en Colombia; se establece el régimen disciplinario correspondiente y se dictan otras disposiciones.

El Tribunal Nacional Etico de Enfermería está integrado por siete (7) Miembros Profesionales de Enfermería, de reconocida idoneidad profesional, ética y moral, con no menos de diez (10) años de ejercicio profesional.

Parágrafo

Los Tribunales Departamentales Eticos de Enfermería se organizarán y funcionarán preferentemente por regiones del país que agruparán dos o más Departamentos o Distritos Capitales.
