Por hurto y el robo del ganado mayor se impondrá el doble de las penas señaladas en el Código Penal para los respectivos casos.

Todo condenado por estos delitos queda sujeto á la vigilancia de las autoridades, y los reincidentes serán obligados además á dar fianza de buena conducta para obtener la libertad al extinguir la pena principal.
