Una vez cumplido el término establecido en el artículo anterior, Ecopetrol contará con un plazo de diez (10) días calendario, para ajustar un Plan de Abastecimiento para todas las Zonas de Frontera. Una vez otorgado el Visto Bueno por parte del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, Ecopetrol iniciará los trámites correspondientes para el cumplimiento de la función de distribución en Zonas de Frontera.
