Artículo 16A. De la formación continua del talento humano en salud. Se entiende por formación continua del Talento Humano en Salud, los procesos y actividades permanentes, entrenamiento y fundamentación teórico-práctica, dirigidos a complementar, actualizar, perfeccionar, renovar o profundizar conocimientos, habilidades, técnicas y prácticas por parte de las profesiones y ocupaciones en el contexto del Sistema de Salud colombiano, y que complementan su formación básica de educación superior, o de Educación para el Trabajo y el Desarrollo Humano (ETDH), el cual guardará coherencia con el Sistema Nacional de Cualificaciones.
