TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTICULO 18. CAPACITACIÓN DE EXTRANJEROS. Podrán ingresar al curso de formación de oficiales y nivel ejecutivo, los nacionales de otros países que sean designados por los respectivos gobiernos y aceptados por el de Colombia, a quienes se les conferirá el grado honorario de Subteniente o Patrullero, previa aprobación del respectivo curso.

Los extranjeros a que se refiere este artículo, tendrán la condición de estudiantes para efectos estrictamente académicos.
