Art. 223. El arriero o conductor de las mercancías presentará la papeleta al cabo del Resguardo estacionado en los puntos de la entrada de Cúcuta, i él con las cargas serán conducidos por un guarda hasta su entrada en la Aduana, en donde se entregarán éstas al Guarda–almacen.
