°. Grupos Internos de Trabajo . Con el fin de atender las necesidades del servicio y cumplir con eficacia y eficiencia los objetivos, políticas y programas de la entidad, el Gerente podrá crear y organizar, con carácter permanente o transitorio, grupos internos de trabajo. La creación de tales grupos se hará conforme a lo dispuesto en el inciso tercero del artículo 115 de la Ley 489 de 1998.
