º . El Fondo de Reconstrucción RESURGIR, deberá enajenar o destinar a los fines para los cuales fue creado, todos los inmuebles que adquiera en desarrollo del presente Decreto en el término máximo de cinco (5) años contado desde la fecha de su adquisición. Vencido dicho término los inmuebles que no hubieren sido enajenados o destinados pasarán a ser propiedad del Fondo Nacional de Calamidades.
