Tinturas Madres Y Cepas Homeopáticas

Decreto 3554 de 2004 · por el cual se regula el régimen de registro sanitario, vigilancia y control sanitario de los medicamentos homeopáticos para uso humano y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Tinturas madres y cepas homeopáticas . Las tinturas madres y cepas homeopáticas sólo podrán ser elaboradas por los laboratorios farmacéuticos homeopáticos legalmente autorizados que cumplan las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura de Medicamentos Homeopáticos, BPMH, conforme a lo establecido en el presente decreto.

Parágrafo

La tintura madre o cepa homeopática debe estar reportada en una de las farmacopeas oficiales en Colombia y su método de preparación deberá ajustarse a lo consignado en la farmacopea oficial vigente utilizada.
