amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 217 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 217. El conductor de un bus de servicio público urbano que transporte pasajeros en la zona comprendida entre la registradora y la puerta de entrada, incurrirá en multa de un (1) salario mínimo por cada pasajero transportado en esas condiciones. Los conductores de vehículos de transporte intermunicipal de pasajeros incurrirán en igual sanción cuando transporten personas por fuera de la carrocería.
