Artículo segundo. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, Dirección General de Navegación y Puertos, tan pronto reciban las obras cuya ejecución fue motivo de los contratos anteriormente citados, procederá a entregar a la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos. Departamento de Acueductos y Alcantarillado, el acueducto de Tumaco, incluyendo los edificios, instalaciones, equipos y demás elementos que lo componen, entrega sobre la cual se firmará el acta y se otorgará la escritura correspondiente.
