El patrono y las entidades públicas o particulares que cumplan lo dispuesto en esta Ley, quedan exentos de la obligación de pagar al lesionado una suma igual al salario correspondiente a un año, impuesta por el inciso d) de artículo 6° de la Ley 57 de 1915 .
