º . La compra de la cartera que se inscriba en el PRAN con ocasión de la expedición del presente decreto, se realizará en la medida en que exista disponibilidad presupuestal. En todo caso, se atenderá en primer lugar la compra de la cartera que se encontraba en mora el 29 de julio de 1999.
