°. La junta directiva tendrá reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias. Las primeras deberán celebrarse por lo menos dos veces al mes, y las segundas cuando el Presidente de la Junta o el Director del Instituto lo soliciten. En las reuniones extraordinarias no podrán tratarse asuntos distintos de los señalados en la convocatoria. Las sesiones de la junta se harán constar en un libro de actas, las cuales deben firmar el presidente y el secretario de la corporación.
