TRES MESES DE ALTA POR FALLECIMIENTO. El pago de los haberes correspondientes a los tres (3) meses de alta consagrados en el artículo 172 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, así como los haberes de actividad, asignación de retiro o pensión, dejados de cobrar por el causante, se ordenarán por las autoridades correspondientes, a favor de los beneficiarios, dentro del orden preferencial establecido en el artículo 175 del Decreto citado y de acuerdo con los datos aportados por la respectiva Hoja de Vida o antecedentes prestacionales.
