° El recaudo, entrega y manejo de los fondos por el concepto indicado, estará a cargo exclusivamente del Contador Pagador de la respectiva Unidad o guarnición, quien incorporará tal movimiento en las cuentas de su manejo, de conformidad con los términos prescritos por la Contraloría General de la República en su circular reglamentaria número 5 de 1936, o que prescriba posteriormente. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
