De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 332 del Estatuto Tributario, para la aplicación del sistema de ajustes por inflación se partirá del costo fiscal de los bienes a 31 de diciembre del año inmediatamente anterior. Para los bienes adquiridos hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1991, se tendrá en cuenta lo previsto en el artículo 353 del Estatuto Tributario.
