Elección del régimen pensional. Los actuales afiliados a Corporanónimas, cotizantes para el régimen de pensiones previsto en la Ley 100 de 1993, podrán elegir hasta el 30 de agosto de 1997 al Instituto de Seguros Sociales ISS o a un fondo privado de pensiones. Si no lo hicieren, los patronos respectivos harán la elección por ellos, a más tardar el 15 de septiembre de 1997. De no hacerlo ninguno de los anteriores, Corporanónimas podrá trasladarlos al régimen de pensiones que considere más conveniente.
