Adición Al Presupuesto De Ingresos Del Sistema General De Regalías 2025-2026

Decreto 110 de 2026 · Por el cual se incorporan al presupuesto del bienio 2025-2026 del Sistema General de Regalías los rendimientos financieros generados por los recursos distribuidos como Asignaciones Directas y los reintegros realizados a la Cuenta Única del Sistema General de Regalías para el periodo comprendido del 01 de julio al 31 de diciembre de 2025

Atendiendo lo dispuesto en el numeral 3° del artículo 152 de la Ley 2056 de 2020, los artículos 2.2.2.1.1. y 2.2.2.1.3. del Decreto 1821 de 2020 y el artículo 14 de la Ley 2441 de 2024, adiciónese al Presupuesto de Ingresos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio comprendido del 1° de enero de 2025 al 31 de diciembre de 2026, la suma de TRESCIENTOS MIL TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y OCHO MILLONES DOSCIENTOS SETENTA MIL CUARENTA Y UN PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($300.388.270.041), así:
