Articulo 140 . El Consejo Directivo de la Corporación podrá autorizar la expedición de certificados de paz y salvo aunque el contribuyente no se halle en esta situación, cuando sea lo más conveniente para la recaudación del tributo y lo soliciten por escrito todas las partes interesadas en el paz y Salvo.
