º. - Aclárese el Artículo 3º. Del Decreto No. 533 de 1948 numeral 3º. En el sentido de que el plazo para el desarrollo de la de la tarea impuesta por el Estado Mayor de Guerra, a solicitud del interesado, par obtener el diploma de Oficial de Estado Mayor serán de noventa días a partir de la fecha del recibo de la tarea, la cual una vez conceptuada por el Estado Mayor de Guerra será probada por la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra.
