El Gobierno procurará adelantar preferencialmente aquellas obras viales que puedan efectuar más fáciles conexiones con el Municipio que escoja en dicha comarca de San Jorge como sede del Colegio de Segunda Enseñanza, con el resto de poblaciones de la respectiva región, con el objeto de facilitar la concurrencia del mayor número de estudiantes.
