Articulo 15 . Las actividades anteriores que precisen de armas de fuego, deberán ajustarse a las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia. La Jefatura de Control de Comercio de Armas, Municiones y Explosivos del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, no podrá. autorizar venta de armas ni expedir salvoconductos a las empresas de vigilancia privada, sino hasta que se les otorgue la licencia de funcionamiento por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Parágrafo

, Las armas de fuego a portar serán solamente los catalogadas como de defensa personal y en ningún caso se podrán autorizar de otra clase diferente.
