En Virtud De Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo Anterior Dicha Equivalencia, Teniendo En Cuenta La Estructura Interna De "satena" Será La Siguiente: Gerente A Comandante De Comando Aéreo Subgerente A Segundo Comandante Jefe De División A Comandante De Grupo Jefe De Sección A Comandante De Escuadrón Jefe De Grupo A Comandante De Escuadrilla Paragrafo

ARTICULO 2º. En virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior dicha equivalencia, teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna de "SATENA" será la siguiente: Gerente a Comandante de Comando Aéreo Subgerente a Segundo Comandante Jefe de División a Comandante de Grupo Jefe de Sección a Comandante de Escuadrón Jefe de Grupo a Comandante de Escuadrilla

Parágrafo

En consecuencia, los Oficiales de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana que hayan desempeñado o desempeñen los cargos anteriormente citados, llenarán los requisitos para ascenso exigidos por el Decreto - Ley 2337 de 1971 en cuanto se refiere a tiempo de servicio mínimo en unidades aéreas.
