Intervención de las entidades no certificadas. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 15 de la Ley 60 de 1993, en aquellos departamentos y distritos que no estén certificados de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la misma ley, la administración de los recursos del situado fiscal para salud se efectuará con la intervención técnica y administrativa del Ministerio de Salud.
