° Para dar cumplimiento a lo que dispone el artículo 3.° de la Ley 61 de 1921, se suprimen los siguientes empleos del ramo de Higiene y Sanidad: Médicos de Sanidad de los puertos fluviales de Puerto Berrío, Girardot, Ipiales y Orocué. Inspector local de Sanidad y Ayudante de éste en el puerto de Girardot. Inspector local de Sanidad de Puerto Berrío. Ayudante del Inspector local de Sanidad de Cartagena. Escribiente y Portero de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene. Médico de Sanidad del puerto de Guapí.
