Fondo Nacional de estupefacientes. El Fondo Nacional de estupefacientes funcionará como Unidad Administrativa Especial sin personería jurídica, dependiente de la Secretaría General del Ministerio en los términos establecidos en los artículos 22 a 31 del Decreto-ley 1471 del 99 y con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el inciso 3º del artículo 1º del Decreto-ley 1050 de 1968 y por el articulo 2º del Decreto-ley 3130 de 1968.
