º. Los empleados del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, que tengan a su cargo la coordinación y supervisión de grupos de trabajo que establezca el Director del Departamento, percibirán mensualmente un veinte por ciento (20%) adicional al valor de la asignación básica del empleo del cual sean titulares, durante el tiempo que ejerzan tales funciones. Dicho valor no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal. Este reconocimiento se efectuará siempre y cuando el empleado no pertenezca a los niveles directivo o ejecutivo.
