La incapacidad profesional o notoria deficiencia en el servicio será comprobada por la concurrencia de dos calificaciones consecutivas de superiores directos distintos o por pérdida de cursos o exámenes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto No. 2621 de 1944.
