Art. 160. Para los efectos de los artículos 158 i 171 no se considera que residen en un lugar distinto de las Aduanas de Tumaco, Buenaventura, Sabanilla i Riosucio, los dueños de mercancías que residan en Barbacoas, Cali o Palmira, Barranquilla i Quibdó, respectivamente.
