Cada uno de los Juzgados de Tierras creados por la Ley 200 de 1936, y cuyo número se determina en el artículo anterior, tendrá el siguiente personal y asignaciones mensuales: Un Juez, con trescientos pesos ($ 300). Un Secretario, con ciento veinticinco pesos ($ 125); y Un Oficial Escribiente, con ochenta pesos ($ 80).
