Articulo 4.° Los funcionarios a que se refiere el artículo 2.° tendrán derecho a devengar diariamente la cantidad de trescientos cincuenta pesos cuando deban cumplir comisiones dentro del territorio nacional, fuera de su sede habitual de trabajo.
