Medidas de protección especial contra la vulneración de las mujeres indígenas en sus territorios. En coordinación con las autoridades indígenas el Estado garantizará la implementación de medidas de protección diferencial para las mujeres indígenas. Estas medidas estarán, dirigidas a garantizar entre otras su movilidad en el territorio ancestral en condiciones seguras, de acuerdo con la Constitución Política.
