Cuando la Procuraduría adelante investigaciones por conductas de competencia de la Procuraduría Delegada para Derechos Humanos o de la Dirección Nacional de Investigaciones Especiales el término de indagación preliminar de seis (6) meses, podrá prorrogarse hasta por otros seis (6) mediante providencia debidamente motivada.
