Art. 1.° Redúcese al seis por ciento anual el interes del censo de trescientos sesenta pesos que reconocen Salustiana Camacho i sus hijos a favor del Tesoro nacional, sobre un terreno ubicado en el departamento de Vélez; el cual censo correspondia al monasterio de Santa Clara de esta ciudad, i ganaba desde 1860 el interes de veinticuatro por ciento, segun arreglo celebrado con el señor Síndico de dicho monasterio.
