° Los exportadores que desearen exportar tabaco de regiones donde no se hubiere designado un agrónomo o experto tabacalero, de acuerdo con el artículo 3° de este Decreto, dirigirán una solicitud al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, para que este proceda a encargar del control de la clasificación, peso, empaque, rotulación y certificación del lote en cuestión, al empleado nacional, departamental o municipal más capacitado para ello, residente en la región, o para enviar al agrónomo o experto tabacalero especial para tal fin.
