Permanencia del Registro. Únicamente podrá observarse por parte del interesado, la información del Registro que reporta la medida correctiva impuesta que se encuentre en firme. El reporte de la medida correctiva impuesta, permanecerá para la consulta por parte de las autoridades de policía y entidades del Estado, por un lapso de un (1) año, después de su cumplimiento, tiempo durante el cual se verificará la reincidencia con las correspondientes consecuencias contempladas en la Ley 1801 de 2016.
