El Ministerio de Obras Públicas podrá inspeccionar en cualquier tiempo la ejecución de las obras así delegadas, la inversión de los fondos, etc., por intermedio de los funcionarios que para tal efecto designe, así como también solicitar del Municipio los informes técnicos y administrativos que a su juicio crea necesarios sobre la marcha de los trabajos, gastos, etc.
