Ámbito. Las normas que regulan la movilización de individuos, especímenes o productos de la fauna silvestre, comprendidas la importación, introducción, exportación y salida del país, son aplicables en todo el territorio nacional, incluidas las zonas francas, puertos libres o cualquier otro sitio que tenga régimen excepcional aduanero, en consideración a su naturaleza de normas especiales de policía.
