Los gastos que ocasione el cumplimiento de esta Ley y los que ocasionó el Sepelio del doctor Goenaga se considerarán incluídos en la Ley de Apropiaciones de la actual vigencia y el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir el crédito correspondiente, prescindiendo de los requisitos de que trata la Ley 34 de 1923 .
