ARTICULO 75 . OPORTUNIDAD PARA INTERPONERLOS. Los recursos se podrán interponer y deberán sustentarse, desde la fecha en que se dictó la providencia hasta el término de cinco (5) días, contados a partir de la última notificación. Si esta se hizo en estrados la impugnación y sustentación sólo procederá en el mismo acto. Quien interponga un recurso deberá expresar por escrito las razones que lo sustentan ante el funcionario que profirió la correspondiente decisión. En caso contrario se rechazará.
