Como homenaje especial al Municipio de Entrerríos, en el Departamento de Antioquia y en desarrollo del numeral 20, articulo 76, concordante con el artículo 79 de la Constitución Nacional, el Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para destinar una partida de su presupuesto con el objeto de adquirir terrenos y construir en Entrerríos un edificio para oficinas públicas, plaza de ferias y matadero municipal.
